Returns: Returns are orders that have been placed and then returned by the shipper or declined by the customer. Returns are accepted only within two months of purchase and only if the wine is a current vintage still sold in the Tasting Room at Terra Blanca. If a wine is returned without a receipt, we will consider the lowest price that that item has been sold for in the previous six months and issue store credit valid for a period of no more than six months.
Cancellations: A cancellation is an order that has been placed but has not been delivered.
Damaged or Corked Wine: We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of a corked or flawed product.
