Due to warm summer temperatures, ground shipping to many areas (currently southern US) may be on hold in an effort to avoid damaging wine in transit. We would be happy to act as your cellar and store your wine for you until the weather cools down and we are able to ship again.
Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states except AL, AR, HI, IN, KY, LA, MA, MS, NJ, UT, VT, WY, WI, and WV. If Terra Blanca is unable to ship directly to your state, we may be able to arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Terra Blanca Winery & Estate Vineyard.
*Please note, shipping is always weather dependant, meaning we cannot ship if it's too hot, or too cold and assure that your wine will arrive in its intended condition.
When Do We Ship?
We ship wine Monday through Wednesday, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m weather permitting. Should you require a RUSH, please contact us 509.588.6082, ext. 104.
Can I deliver to an international address?
No, we are only able to ship and deliver to US addresses.
Do you ship to P.O., A.P.O or F.P.O box offices?
We cannot ship to a P.O., A.P.O., or F.P.O. boxes.
What do you require to receive shipment?
An adult signature is required in order to accept an order containing alcohol. UPS will require an ID upon delivery, to ensure the receiver is over 21. The receiver will also be required to sign for the order.
What if I’m not around to sign for the shipment?

Shipping Methods & Rates
After placing an order, how long does it take to ship?
Our goal is to process and ship orders same day. However, if an order is placed after 12PM (local time) it may ship the following business day. The map below represents estimated Ground Shipping times for orders from our website. Actual delivery times may vary.

What is an undeliverable package? What should I do?
An undeliverable package happens when no one is available to sign for the package, or when an address is incorrect. Undeliverable packages will be returned to our fulfillment center after attempts by UPS are complete. If you have concerns that your shipment is now marked as "undelivered," please contact us.
UPS Ground is Terra Blanca Winery & Estate Vineyard's carrier of choice. Ground shipping is provided by UPS at current market rates. *Note – If the customer selects Air as his or her carrier, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount. Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Terra Blanca Winery & Estate Vineyard is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
