Spokane ONYX Release Party | Friday, March 2nd at 7:00pm

Now that we have two locations, we have an excuse to have twice the fun! As the dust settles from the fun of our Red Mountain Release Weekend (February 15-16) we will have another weekend of fun at our downtown Spokane location. Join us on the first Friday of March (3/1) as we officially introduce our newest vintage of ONYX to Spokane! The "sequel" to Red Mountain's party (being held Friday, February 15th) will be another non-ticketed event that is complimentary to everyone. So bring your friends and check out our downtown Spokane location if you haven't already! We will have some light hors d'oeuvres prepared by Chef Dave Adlard from Candle in the Woods for you to enjoy, as well as multiple tasting stations featuring the components that make up our signature Bordeaux blend. We will have the new 2015 ONYX available to taste as the feature wine of the evening! 

We will have some specials for you including a return of the specially-priced 6-pack of our newly-released 2015 vintage of ONYX in a custom wood box!

Spokane Winemaker's Dinner | Saturday, March 2nd, 6:30pm

In addition to the Friday night Release Party, we have an exclusive Winemaker's Dinner on Saturday, March 2nd, featuring seven wonderful courses by Chef Dave Adlard with Candle in the Woods. The evening will begin with a wine social at 6:30pm and seating for dinner will begin at 7:00pm.

Each of the seven courses will be paired by Winemaker, Keith Pilgrim, with past and present vintages of ONYX. This event has very limited seating, only 22 tickets are available for purchase and are first come, first serve.

Chef Dave Adlard is an award-winning chef who has been cooking since he was a child, and has recently been seen on The Food Network! Adlard brings an enthusiasm and love for cooking that is evident in his cuisine. Besides his work at Candle in the Woods, he is a regular guest chef at Angelos Ristorante, widely acclaimed as the best Italian restaurant in the region.

Ticket prices are $120 plus tax per Club Member and $135 plus tax per non-club member. The menu will be announced in the coming weeks, so make sure to stay tuned!
