Chad Fuhreck, the creative executive chef with our friends Theo Chocolate Cooking Academy in Seattle, is coming by to teach the finer points of cooking with chocolate. Not just desserts, but savory dishes and Terra Blanca wine pairings will be the focus of the evening.
