CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
Members must be 21 years of age. Members give permission to Terra Blanca to automatically charge their credit card for each selection.

BILLING
Billing takes place approximately the second week of each month. Wine will be available to be picked up after billing is complete.

SCHEDULE OF SELECTIONS
Selections that ship 6 times yearly are tentatively scheduled for
Spring: February/March/May
Fall: September/October/November

Selections that ship 4 times yearly are tentatively scheduled for
Spring: March/May
Fall: September/November

Please note that this schedule is subject to change with weather
and winemaking activities permitting.

SHIP YOUR SELECTION
Wines must be delivered to an address where and individual of at least 21 years of age is available to provide a signature for wines during regular business hours. Our shipping provider(s) do not consider a P.O. Box an acceptable shipping address. Orders are shipped via UPS ground and UPS 3-day select for east coast members. Ground orders take approximately one to five working days to arrive.

PICK UP YOUR SELECTION
Members will be notified via email as to when their selection will be available for pickup. If spring selections are not picked up by June, the wine will automatically be shipped. If fall selections are not picked up by December, the wine will automatically be shipped. Your credit card on file will automatically be billed for the shipping charges.

CANCELLATION
To cancel membership a written or verbal request, via mail, email or phone MUST be submitted 2 weeks prior to billing. There will be no refunds for cancellation requests after billing is complete.
